Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a flyer/poster created about the art contest to post in schools across the state of Hawaii for grades K-12. We are trying to engage and inspire youth to learn more about this critically endangered species and it's important role to Hawaii's ecosystem. The art contest will be from March 27 - April 11, 2014. One winner from each grade will be selected and announced by late May. Students will create ‘The Hawaiian Monk Seal, a living treasure’ through paint, drawing, collage or sculpture. Art medium can include: chalk, charcoal, clay, crayon, marker, paint, pen, pencil or watercolor. Students can register and submit original artwork at to www.monksealfoundation.org/artcontest.
I need to have this flyer in a photoshop file with layers in tact so I can edit it for future years. It is imperative to incorporate each logo into the design (please let me know if you require different format? png vs. jpeg)
