3D Design Kurzbeschreibung

Looking for 3D modelling or rendering of 2 identical small houses.side by side on a land parcel I own using the attached floor plan, land survey and engineering drawings.as reference points.

I'm looking to sell the two lots together or seperate, so I'd like an aerial rendering showing the two houses side by side and some individual renderings of each house.

You will need to know how to read floor plans and engineering drawings for this project and you should search the property area on Google maps to see what's existing as these two houses have to look similar. I'm attaching some examples of homes that have recently been built in this neighborhood for reference. The address of the lot is in the land survey which is attached, and the area is in St Augustine, Florida USA.

I'd like buyers to visualize or imagine what is possible, should they choose to buy these two lots.

I'm happy to answer any questions or clarification before and during the project. Thanks in advance for those who accept the challenge :).
