Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I require a logo to be re-drawn from an existing image (of a tattoo) for use as a logo for a 4x4 Spare Parts company.

We have approval from the artist to replicate this.

We want the image of the panther to remain the same, however want the beer can/beer drops removed. In the mouth we want the words
"Black Panther 4x4"

We are requiring this in full colour (as per attached example) and also all black and all white, in all vector files, please.
