Illustration-Design Kurzbeschreibung

For a Dutch company called "Leading With Obeya," specializing in Obeya method training, we are looking for various illustrations/icons.

We already have a few icons but would like to expand them with more illustrations. We are searching for an illustrator who understands this style and can create additional icons in a consistent style.

Key elements that MUST NOT be changed:

The shape of the heads, which are based on the "O" in our logo, must remain the same.
The colors, which match our corporate identity, will remain unchanged.
We do not want detailed illustrations/icons.
The bodies of the figures are slightly curved, symbolizing a proud posture, and we want to keep them this way.
The style should not be static but should evoke a happy feeling and be approachable. Illustrative & simple!

This briefing is for three icons initially, which can be expanded later:

- Person with a magnifying glass
- A team giving each other a high-five
- A team of five people, with one visibly representing the leader through color and shape (not dominant)
