Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo, along with complementary colors, for a new SaaS ecommerce app. It is called Givy, and will allow store owners to let their customers buy products and gift cards as gifts for their friends and family. The logo needs to look good on its own on both white and black backgrounds (colors can change for different backgrounds). The logo should have an icon and the word Givy in it. You can write it as either Givy or givy. I'd like to stick to strong colors, like a dark teal or purple, or other strong colors. It will be featured on this app store: https://apps.shopify.com. Show what the logo looks like with the icon to the left of the text, and above the text. I'm attaching examples of logos that I like to give you an idea of my preferences. I'm hoping for more of a serious/professional logo, and not one that's too cartoon-like or fun. If you find a way of turning one of the letters in Givy into a shape/icon that could be used as a standalone icon in the future, that would be acceptable as well.
