Hi any feedback

Hello - Thank you for your submission. It is a clean design, good use of color and attractive font. The issue is it looks very specific, as if it could be the logo for an actual construction company. We were looking for something more nuanced; the group represents the interests of workers but is itself a policy organization, so a logo a little more abstract and corporate (like a bank) is what we had in mind (and nuance is very difficult, and subjective!) but this was an valid submission. If the people had hats the same color as their body, and inside a circle instead of a gear, I think that would be closer to what we had in mind. We chose a winner but will choose another alternative designs, so if you want to resubmit I will certainly consider that revision. But thank you, I truly appreciate your time and your interest in this project!
