Yes!

It's supposed to be a vehicle being left on the side of the road with a flat tire as a man walks down the road in the distance during a rainstorm.

The license plate reads "JST MY" before it gets cut off, short for the book title, "Just My Luck," and the overall feel of the book cover should have a kind of down-on-my-luck feel to it.
