Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We currently have a business logo but are looking at a bit of a rebrand. We like the shield we have but our marketing team says its too busy, too much gradient, doesn't reflect us, and is not memorable enough, so we are looking at getting some new fresh ideas for it. We are open to the font changing, colors changing but would like some different ideations based off the shield concept. I have attached some ideas on the word document as well as our current logo options.
We also have other divisions; Black Iron Energy Services which we have kept silver instead of gold, but as i said we are open to different colors, font, etc.
