Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi,
Looking to upgrade the design of current flyer to be used as an e-blast.
-8.5"x11"
-Under 5MB
-Several formats, PDF, .ai, jpeg, png

This flyer should be simple, yet eye catching. The goal is to remind patients that their Flexible Spending Account (FSA) will be expiring soon and that they can use their FSA or HSA to purchase most of our over the counter items, including inserts and shoes.

-must include: Some insurance plans require a letter of medical necessity
-must include: Each flexible spending account varies on their expiration date
- stock images must be free

I'll attach our logo and old flyer as well for reference.
