Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm looking for a logo for the company "Benefits Airship". The logo should feature a steam punk style blimp with a balloon and ship tethered by cables. I've included two examples of a blimp and the color pallet in the attached file. Please create a unique blimp and integrate the company name in a way that would be easy to read. I need one logo in Full Color. The other should be the same but in All White. I need the final logo in png with a clear background.
