Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The name of the company is SidePrep LLC. It is a legal technology startup that primarily serves as a group advertising company on social media for law firms. We want a design that is modern, simple, professional, and inviting. The logo can be as simple as the name of the company and a small symbol to go with it but we are flexible. The two parts of the name SidePrep can be offset but connected in some way as well. The “LLC” is not necessary for the logo, but if it is subtle then that is fine. A two color tone would make sense but three colors at the most. One bright color and another contrasting is what we are thinking. Possibly some blue or green color tones. Things we do not want included in the logo are stereotypical legal symbols (gavel, scales of justice, etc.) and no chains or links. Think a clear simple design that would look great on a shirt, a cap or as a letterhead.
