We need a logo design for a new company. Terian Capital. There will be subsiduary companies (Terian Development, etc.) and thus a logo with only the name Terian in the logo is preferred, or the ability to add "Capital" or other words on the end of the logo. The company provides real estate capital for multifamily development in Florida. The company invests in the development of new construction projects. This includes multifamily, student housing, senior housing, resorts and hotels. The design should be crisp and simple, and provide some indication of real estate/multifamily development.
