6 x 11 two sided postcard. Templates attached. Two versions for back. Use either although the one with the entire bottom left blank is preferred.
Our company helps companies that are transitioning in their office space footprint, meaning they are changing where they work location -wise and/or the setup and layout. Reasons for change are generally due to - renovation, closures/expansion, acquisitions, mergers, closures, relocation or redesign. We are marketing to law firms in the NJ and Philadelphia-area.
Design we are looking for is where each side appeals differently. One side we want bold with our lime green popping against majority black background. One idea we had was maybe a page peeling or torn to reveal the green area with text. See attached as a rough visual. Certainly deviate to make it wow!
Second side - Should look more corporate to appeal to the law firm reader. We would like our service categories to be with a brief possibly with a brief description of the service or bulleted list descriptors. Up to designer to decide to or not to include description as we sometimes don't on other collateral. Required contact info and usage of the photos in some manner. This side should use our company colors but not overwhelm with the lime green.
We were also considering using, "Law Firms. Do you need to CYA..... Change Your Address?", in some way instead of the phrase - "Law Firm Plans 2024" which is on the draft attachment.
See attached files for reference materials and items to use. The Solutions Overview pdf contains alot of the info we would like included.
Pls include the text - "Consultants. Project Managers. Service Providers."
Ignore the ASSET MANAGEMENT service category that is on the Capability Statement attachment. It has been replaced with the Document Scanning etc service on the Solutions Overview pdf.
Even if rough design is provided that doesn't have every little thing listed, we can revise and tweak before final. Thanks immensely for your time!
