Hi, we are a newly established real estate investment business that is launching in Dallas, TX, and Minneapolis, MN, USA.

We offer a niche range of services assisting our clients who may have accumulated debt and risk losing their properties to foreclosure by creatively acquiring their properties and paying off the debt, or help people get out of their properties who may be upside down on the mortgage (meaning they owe more than its worth).

We also work with motivated sellers who may have financial or personal circumstances that is forcing them to sell their property quickly and without the need for listing it on the regular real estate market.

We provide quick tailored solutions with extremely fast turn around times, usually working with cash buyers.

We need a complete brand guideline with company logo, fonts, colour style guide and social media branding kit (banners, logos, etc) for all the major social media channels.

We want to go with a very professional and clean look, with colours that are recognisable, warm, inviting and approachable. We are open to gradient colours on digital logos etc, but will need to have solid colours for when we print stickers / signs etc.

We are also open to trying Capital letters for the logo, lower case letters for the logo, and also a blend.

Find attached examples we liked from an AI logo generator we found to give you some ideas.

We would also like a small icon or logo to go with it. Maybe something like DPG (Dunwell Property Group)
