Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am adding new doctors to my Montenegro & Associates Behavioral Health practice. We provide psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. We are in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle). My last name (Montenegro) means Black Mountain in Spanish, and I really like my current mountain logo, which combines my last name, living location (Seattle), and my love for the mountains. However, it would be great to get ideas on how we can build on my current logo that still incorporates the mountains maybe evergreens to represent a "brand" that visually stands out, is easily associated with our psychiatry practice, and maybe incorporates M&A in the logo (Montenegro & Associates can be long to type out all the time). The final design should be elegant, grounding, and appealing to adults.
