Accessibility: The template must be easily navigable, with font sizes and styles that ensure readability and ADA compliance. Actionable Steps: Clearly define sections for 'Inspiration,' 'Goal,' and 'Daily Commitment' with examples provided, and allow for user interaction such as note-taking or checkboxes. Reflection Section: Include a 'Two-Week Reflection & Follow-up' section to encourage ongoing engagement with the tool.

• we would appreciate it if the 'Daily Biopsychosocial Commitment Table' could be adjusted to track actions over a four-week period, rather than daily, to align with managerial workflows.
