Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Marine services business offering boat service and repair as well as parts and accessories sales.
The idea of the project is to either completely redesign or refresh/update an existing self designed logo.
You will find two existing logo examples attached as well as an idea of a concept that we like, if the cog & wrench could be incorporated as part of the design this would be of interest although the boat needs to be the more prominent part.
The colour scheme will ideally stay with the nautical styling - blues, greys, black and white. It also needs to be able to be transposed to print on black, grey and white media/clothing.
The design theme is to be simple and professional but stylized and 'fun'
We will require in the completed files both a traditional 'portrait' style with the logo above the text as well as a 'landscape' style where the text is alongside the logo. If an SVG fomat can also be included please.
The total project is for the logo as well as business card design. Furthermore we will require additional design and advertising work following a decision on the logo.
