Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a professional looking website that communicates:
(a) we are a physical security consulting company. Physical security is fences, cameras and access cards.
(b) the president of the company has 25+ years of experience in the physical security industry. Leave space for other expert positions that we hope to add in the future.
(c) our specialty is physical security of data centers and power&gas substations. “The Company possesses extensive knowledge and experience in security technology design and implementation management”.
(d) our target audience is (1) data centers and power&gas substations. and (2) architects and engineers whose specialty is data centers and power&gas substations. We will often partner with architects and engineers.
(e) we are not security guards.

The website should also include sections for:
(a) career opportunities (open positions we want to hire),
(b) contact us form with some form of captcha to reduce junk mail, and
(c) contact info that requires proof you are human.

We prefer Joomla or WordPress backend so we can make simple modifications myself in the future, but we will consider other options. If Joomla or WordPress are used, we will want backup/restore and security add-ons.
The attached file is a list of similar websites we like and our logo. Primary color codes are #1C2C54 Blue and #5a6472 Gray.
We like the idea of video/images of people reviewing engineering drawings. Think professional but business casual (not stuffy).
