Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have created a rough draft of a logo I am wanting designed. I want to make the logo look more appealing with the letters inside the circle to be bigger and have the text around the circle wrap around the circle exactly. I am also looking for a nice font to make the logo look more professional, and have the periods be removed from the abbreviation inside the circle. Feel free to try different fonts that look professional in your opinion, but I want the circle and arrow outline as a center point of this logo. If you could also add the colors maroon to the logo (color code: #800000) and silver (color code: #C0C0C0) to the text, I appreciate that. Also, if you could get rid of the grey background the logo has, I would greatly appreciate it, thank you.
