Buchumschlag Design Kurzbeschreibung

This is a journal for kids grades 1 - 5 where they can write, color, draw and be creative. It is designed to accompany our children's book and after-school program called Curious Creators Club. We want children to use their imagination and sense of wonder as they color, create new ideas, write stories and learn all about the creative problems solving method. We want them to learn about how to use their feelings and help others in their community. We have based this on our CREATE method, which helps teachers teach their curriculum by engaging kids in relevant and meaningful ways and helping children of all ages learn how to think for themselves. We are a non-profit organization, so all the sales go to a scholarship fund that helps teachers pay for coaching and professional development. This journal may be used in after school programs, at home, or in classrooms. We wanted the inside to be black and white so kids feel free to make it their own but the cover should be bright and inviting. This is written and designed by Jenna Kmitch and Katie Trowbridge on behalf of Curiosity 2 CREATE.
