Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a design for a home page for a website I am coding. We are building a new site for an existing company and their existing site is www.ibnetworks.com.au

Location – Australia Wide

Logos are attached. This will be for the brokerage side of things. I also want to set up one of the pages which will almost have its own landing page style setup for consulting. The Logo will be slightly different (Attached as colour logo with Black Background). The consulting will operate Under Infinite Business Networks, however we are changing to IB Networks for the Brokerage Arm.

The home page should have the following:

Small amount of Intro Text (Can use something from the current website for now)
Latest Listings
Recently Sold
“The Selling Process”
Also want something (either a pop up or major focus on front page to be about getting a free business appraisal).
