Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Looking for a logo design for my brand called Nudi . The name is taken from the Nudibranch , an incredibly diverse and colorful group of sea slugs found in coral reefs.

Examples of Nudibranches are found in the attached images. Just for reference , feel free to search for any other you feel may fit or help with your design.
I would like the name to simply be Nudi, but the I would have two dot-like shapes to represent the eyes of the Nudibranch. (Logo would be stylized to look like one I guess).
I like minimalist style, however I would love for it to be made in a way that is modular with respect to the species of Nudibranch used. For example, each blend of coffee will be represented by a selected species. The color profile will change to reflect this. An impressionist /stylized image of said species would be placed in/around the logo if possible.
I would like it to have accents/vibes of ocean and/or coral.

This isn’t set in stone. Just my vision. Would love for someone to use professional judgement regarding this. I don’t expect this exactly. Just quality and appealing design.
