Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung
We are about to host our 6 week Summer Shred program and we need to have a great looking meal plan handout created that we can give to all of our participants.
I have attached an example of our current full meal plan, for a reference only.
As in the example I've provided, I'd like to have certain areas color coded such as the proteins being Blue, Fats -yellow, Carbs - orange and veggies- green.
These colors will corollate to the Breakfast - snack - lunch - snack - Dinner graph that I've provided and would like to have added to the new handout.
I would like our logo placed at the top and beneath the logo have the text "Summer Shred Challenge"
The flyer should be of a summer influence in colors and design and
All text should be easy to read.
