things to avoid in designs seen so far

a) orange - conflicts too much
b) obvious boat symbols. can be mistake as a cruise company not a holiday resort. the recall to the building profile must be very subtle
c) no big elaborate logo. we are looking for a concise luxury elegant style logo

d) very large symbols and elaborate motifs - as stated in c)
