Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are looking for a new logo for a very special care facility for combat wounded veterans, specifically with TBI and other injuries that make it almost impossible to live without daily assistance. Learn about us at dunhamhouse.org to understand what we are doing.

Right now, our official logo has (website banner area) has a Medal of Honor in it. We would like to keep that design element but the Medal would have to be stylized, ie, we can not use the image of the Medal of Honor any longer. But a modern style of it would be ideal. Trying to express that we are a home and assisting veterans in a medical support type setting. We have had difficulty finding a way to incorporate these ideas without it looking like a mess of concepts. We would like to have the gold and blue medal of honor colors included....but not limited to those. We would like to avoid military/people silhouettes as they are way overused in the veteran/military community. We really are looking for ideas here that we have not considered also. We want a home run that everyone can be happy with and like. Please, be creative.
