Great designs so far and I hope you can see everyone's feedback. Please no more designs with Mountains, skyscrapers or palm trees please. I am not a huge fan of houses being in the logo, unless it's nothing I have seen before. I would also like to see some options with the words to the right and the same height as the logo. With the word Property and without. I really prefer Charleston Green, dark green, dark blue or black. I might be open to some other color options, but they need to be dark. No bright greens, purples, or bright reds. Thanks everyone!

The entire building and tree doesn't have to fit in the circle. It can be cut off, as log as the roof line is shown. The bottom and sides can be cut off.

If you are going to put the words to the left, which I am leaning towards, please put Middleton Street on one line and Property Management on the second. The two lines should be the same width. I realize that it makes the logo much smaller, but that might be okay.

It has to be a very dark green or dark blue. Very, very dark. Please see Charleston Green.
