Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'm launching a business to share my holistic veterinary medicine knowledge with the french speaking community (although I'm living in Switzerland). There are many resources available in English, but nothing or very little in French.
I am an English and Swiss national, bilingal English and French. I hope to transfer the information available in English to the French speaking community. Via an online blog, social networks, seminars, coaching and books...
I am a veterinary medicine graduate from London and first started studying Chinese veterinary medicine in 2014. I have continued my chinese medicine training since, and am also specialised in natural nutrition.
My practice is based in Switzerland and I practice Chinese, integrated and holsitic medicine for small animals and Chinese veterinary medicine for horses. This logo request is for a new seperate project.
The concepts around my holistic veterinary medicine project are:
- fresh food as therapy
- natural healing
- minimal vaccins
- reducing toxins
- restoring health by addressing the root cause of pathology
- microbiome
- chinese and western plants and formulas

I'm looking for a discrete logo, probably using pastel / natural colours and especially green (not mint green, not a green that is too "cold" and not too "hot" either).
Bonus for adding lake and mountain - although not obligatory.
As Hippocrates said "let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food" and "all disease starts in the intestines".
