Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have an existing company Red Line Management B.V. that will be part of a group called Orange Heritage. Also, there has been a slight change of activity. The emphasis will be more on interim management than on audits. To clarify ship on the old logo, the company used to be strong in audits in the shipping industry. I want to modernize my logo and align the logo with the logo of the Group. It must be clear that the company is a separate company (the services provided are different) but it is a part of the group and has the same standards, The group uses the following font: Verdana 10
