Grafik-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Please make an image for a heraldic flag / banner for my friend Patrick’s 40th birthday.
High resolution so I can get it printed as a big flag. We are staying at a fake castle Airbnb, so we want this to feel like a banner that might be hung at a castle.

It should be a shield, with four quadrants. Each quadrant has a simple image representing an important part of his life.
In the first quadrant should be an image representing Community (Family and friends),
In the second quadrant should be an image representing Growth (learning and achievement, e.g. book titles Anna Karenina, War & Peace, Harry Potter, Attached)
In the third quadrant should be an image representing Health (exercise and fitness, e.g. Weightlifting barbell and a pickleball paddle)
In the fourth quadrant should be an image representing Optimism (or entrepreneurship).
(I don’t care about the other of the quadrants)
Somewhere it should say "Communitas, Profectus, Vigor, Optimismus" like it's a motto/credo for the royal house (these are the names of the four quadrants in Latin, fyi).
Across the bottom should be a banner/ribbon that says “King Schmitt” and small section that says “40 years”.

I’ve attached some examples from AI for the general FEEL only.
The images don’t follow the complex instructions, so they are not at all what I’m looking for.
It should look regal and royal.
