Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I run a hotel property in Barbados called the Crane (www.thecrane.com) and we need some flyer templates preparing that we can use weekly on site at the hotel. They need to carry some logo branding but we can keep the balance reasonably informal, however they do need to be able to be edited by our staff easily to fill with the various content each week.
We need three templates, one for our sports bar, one for the music acts we put on in Bar1887 and then one that summarises all the activities each day on site.
I've uploaded a sketch that covers this in more detail.
ideally we use these flyers in a few different ways. We can push them on our app (the Crane Resort on the app store), via physical posters and digital posters around site, and on table top paper stands at various outlets.

Keen to see something creative yet simple, and something we can update easily ourselves with content
