T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Blesseth Greetings!
I need a T-Shirt graphic vectorized design for my high school Alma Mater. But not just any class shirt design, a special edition collage with some special effects.

**Side Note context about the design concept:
My high school (Central High School) has been closed since 2018 due to severe damage from hurricane Harvey. The damages were beyond repair, so much so they ended up merging the our high school with another high school to make one big high school. Even though the city formed a new high school the actual building of our original high school was left standing and vacant for last 7 years. Well unfortunately, that time has run its course. The city has decided to demolish our high school building so this has sparked a lot of emotions and pride, so this has inspired me to create a T-shirt design to commemorate all the graduating classes and celebrate our legacy!!

I would like for this design to consist of my high school mascot- the JAGUAR, the HIGH SCHOOL, ((maybe an image of a band member, football player basketball player, cheerleader, silver stepper dancer)) and the collection of all the graduating classes of the school existence along with the supporting text and titles. In addition to that, I would like the following special effect details incorporated into this design:

EFFECT 1 - THA SNAP EFFECT
I would like for there to be a disintegrating into ashes effect around the Jaguar.
(I have provided some sample references of what I mean for clarity) *Pretty much like the Thanos Snap effect if your familiar with the Avengers movie


EFFECT 2-
Mixed in to the disintegrating part of ashes I would like the following graduation classes to be included (reference sample) You can make some numbers big and some smaller, but not too small. (Make sure you include the apostrophe after the class #s)

86', 87', 88', 89', 90', 91', 92', 93', 94', 95', 96', 97', 98', 99', 00', 01', 02', 03', 04', 05', 06', 07', 08', 09', 10', 11', 12', 13', 14', 15' 16' 17' 18'

Should be a total of 33 classes I would like mixed into the disintegration as ashes. But in addition to the numbers being mixed into the ashes bring us to the next part.

EFFECT 3 - NUMBER SPOTS
If possible I would like some of those graduation class numbers to appear as the spots on the JAGUAR’s coat.
So the idea of the flow is for it to appear as if the spots on the Jaguar are the class numbers and they are still visible in the disintegrating ashes as you fade out the JAGUAR.

Add an image of the high school at the bottom centerd and lighty blended into the background. (2 reference files provided)
