Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

My company is called Two Bays Electrical and we will be servicing all parts of the trade eg, Domestic, Commercial and industrial. My company is based on the Mornington Peninsula in Vic Australia and Two bays is referring to the 2 bays I currently live in-between. I would need to involve Mornington peninsula text into the logo but in a smaller lettering sizing to what the company name itself would be. I want the logo to stand out but also still look quite simple and mainly incorporating neutral colours . The logo would need to possibly have some form of an electrical item within the logo itself but am not wanting that to be the centre point of the design.
I would like the wording to be easily read by viewers that come across it.
