Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I would like a design for a logo:

It consists of the words: The Innovative Lawyer

The tricky part is that I have specific ideas / wants when it comes to the I of Innovative.

This needs to be a quite thick letter I and it needs to have the gown of a Dutch lawyer. We call this a "toga". I have included photos of the gown in question. But the logo needs to be an illustration. So the I is black, also the gown and the gown also has a white part.

And then the dot on the I needs to be a face but prefereably expressing that it is a innovative lawyer.

In addition to this I would also like a circle - to use as icon - with the face of the lawyer. There is an example attached (no 10). The icon only needs to have the person, not the books that are in the example.
