Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The company name is PriceLift. Web domain is Price-Lift.com. We help people who want to sell their house - we do this by improving the property (repairs, renovations, paint, carpet, etc) at NO COST to the property owner. (We are paid when the property is sold - just like a real estate agent). These improvements allow the owner to sell their property for maximum value. The name of the company is very descriptive and I would like to see a simple, elegant way of communicating that the "Price" of the house has been "Lifted". I don't have a color preference at this time, but I would like a logo that communicates to my target demographics (mostly age 55+) and conveys TRUST, RELIABILITY, and STABILITY
