We are looking for a design for a recognition "coin" that will be distributed to individuals and/or project teams as recogntion for their commitment to company values. See below for a description of the award. Looking to have this be a substantial "coin" that will be made and presented to the honorees.
The 1907 Award is a prestigious recognition given to an individual or project team within our company who exemplifies our core values: integrity, commitment, teamwork, innovation, and excellence. This award celebrates those who go above and beyond their typical duties, demonstrating actions and undertakings that are inherent and not merely performed as part of their job.
Nominees can be recommended by peers, bosses, or anyone who believes the individual or team is deserving of this honor. The 1907 Award highlights exceptional contributions, such as impactful initiatives, leadership, creative solutions, and unwavering commitment to our values. By celebrating these achievements, we reinforce our commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and innovation.
