Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am a physiotherapist and performance coach who treats patients, consults on difficult cases with other professionals and presents workshops to other professionals. I need a simple logo that can be printed on caps, uniforms and used on a powerpoint template website and social media. One colour preferably. Mostly lettering but if a dumbell, barbell or kettlebell is included in some of the desings (not all) it wont hurt to see what is possible. Text type bold so that it can be printed onto caps in 3D and also be used on powerpoint presentations as a template. I do not want any pictures of sports equipment or person on it. I also do not want any mlticolour bright desings. Preferably a logo thats colour can be changed without any issue as i do not have a colour palette. Logo should be balaced and symmetrical. JNK as the main focus and performance in smaller fonts.
