Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Creation of a logo for an apartment building on Borkum at Strandstraße 10. Borkum is one of the most popular holiday regions in Germany and is the largest of the 7 East Frisian Islands. It is the only one to offer an offshore climate due to its exposed location in the North Sea. The house is in a prime location in the pedestrian zone with a direct view of the new lighthouse and a short walk to the beach. The house will soon be renovated and will shine in new splendor.
There are 8-10 apartments rented out to holiday guests.
The logo should appear fresh and modern. As a word logo, it should also be attached directly to the house.

Enclosed is a photo of the house (still unrenovated) as well as initial ideas about what we like so much about it.

The logo could consist of two parts - a stylized house and the lettering STRAND HAUS 10.

Each part should have a certain recognition value.

The logo should be associated with water, wind and sun (no palm trees or southern trees).

The lettering should also be able to stand on its own, so the font is important.
