Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a refresh of our current company logo. We are in the financial services field and so professional, organized, strength, and confidence are key feelings we hope to leave clients with from our branding and services. We help clients navigate financial planning and transitions in life and hope our branding illustrates that they can trust us and our advice and service.

I have attached the current logo, along with some examples (we created but it's just one concept), and would like to see a refreshing logo with a more modern feel and look to it based on the description above. Also, I'd like the logo to have creativity blended to what otherwise will be a very simple concept of a name as the logo. I want something that I cannot create in Microsoft Word by changing font size and drawing lines. I would like people to feel the blend of finance with creativity. I am not sure whether to keep the "Since 1981" but open to options with and without it.
