Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am starting a law firm (The Law Firm of Chad G. Mann, LLC) and need formalities created to add that "special touch". I have attached my business card for an idea of the type of look and feel I am going for, and have further provided my colors that I am using for a "theme" to build off of. The firm also has a fictitious name, so it can go by Law Office of Chad G. Mann also (if that is even needed for your design). I handle injury law (auto accidents, slip/trip and falls, etc). What I am looking for is a clean and modern logo for the firm. Something representative of modern lawyering, not some old wooden gavel, black gown, and dusty book kind of lawyer. Something that can be used as a "profile picture" on an Instagram profile, printed on stickers (used to seal the back of envelopes), etc.

I am trying to use three pretty basic colors to stay on theme:
1) #1F1F1F (For office name)
2) #AD8D62 (For moto)
3) #FFFFFF (Background)

The text types I am using for the business card are TeXGyre Termes and Jost, but you absolutely do not have to use those... I just have those as the use case for the business card because they were the default for the business card I built off of.

I have attached a basic letter that shows my old firm's logo in the upper lefthand corner of the letter, and have taken a screenshot of a couple of other local firms' logo as well (Harper Evans Hilbrenner Netemeyer). As you can see, everyone keeps things pretty clean and simple around here. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Thanks!

P.S. I am also adding a picture of the billboard that I have going up soon. Seems like the lady justice addition seems to be sticking around in both the business card and the billboard design. Feel free to use your discretion as to whether to include something to that effect. It is not an expectation by any means. Thanks!
