Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

This is a Car Club Gathering where Dune Buggy enthusiasts will get together to explore the Mineral Wells, Texas area. Which is known for the Crazy Mineral Water that had healing properties in the early part of the last century.
What we are looking for is a logo that can be used for promotional purposes as well as on event T-Shirts.
The Logo needs to be full of fun and excitement. What we have been discussing is a cartoon person or people who are in a Dune Buggy driving down a windy road.
Cartoon styles that we like are Ed Roth (Rat Fink), Scooby Doo, or perhaps Speed Buggy. Examples can be found on Google.
The files that we attached are examples of the cars. The 109 Dune Buggies Logo is my logo, so there would not be any copywriter issues. Please see the two logos we have done in the past.
