I feel like I may be repeating the earlier question but... please clarify that you want the "318 process" redone in a fashion similar to your "Onboarding" document? If so, that would make it more of an infographic than a flowchart.

Yes, that is correct, we want a redesign of the process. the other document is for reference to style.
