The logo is for a community college program that is mean to enrich men of color. The Men of Character and High Achievement (M.O.C.H.A) program is proposed as a platform for cultivating wellness and success skills at Cabrillo College. This program will be created specifically for Cabrillo College students and organized by students and staff from the Office of Student Equity within the college. Student equity at Cabrillo College is the commitment to cultivate a culture of inclusive excellence by examining how institutional policies, procedures, and practices across the campus can evolve to better serve students from minoritized communities.
