This logo will be used for marketing and education of the foundational principles (INSPIRE) of our business philosophy (MADD).
About MADD
The Mission Aligned Data Driven (MADD) Approach to Organizational Excellence was developed through a strategic partnership between SA Howell, LLC and SmartQuest Technology using principles associated with Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA), Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, Hoshin Kanri, PMP, and Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM).
The process is designed to assist organizations in identifying and eliminating barriers that prevent low-income individuals and families from achieving economic security.
We originally used Six Steps for Success, which became known as the MADD Cycle. I just used a basic template to design it; It was easy for education because I could reveal one item at a time from the list. I have attached a copy of the original cycle for reference.
1. (re)Define and embrace the organization's purpose
2. Identify barriers preventing fulfillment of the purpose
3. Establish a strategy for removing the identified barriers
4. Execute the strategy
5. Analyze the data
6. Tell the story
As the concept became more popular, I felt we needed an upgrade for marketability. I would like it to be something that matches the style of our company's logo (SA Howell LLC - attached), but has its own identity. I want it to feel professional, but excite people and make them want to participate. I also want to make sure the color scheme works with our SA Howell logo, but you can go outside of the blue colors. It just needs not to clash.
We have dozens of training sessions based on this concept, and we will be using this logo on presentations, shirts, booth materials, handouts, books, etc. So this needs to be eye-catching and professional.
Our full website is www.sahowellco.com. All of this formed off of the system called ROMA (which is a tab on the website), with MADD being our approach, and INSPIRE being the individual principles we will be marketing.
I may like the words or a small picture on a section that represents each phase. The phases are below:

1. - Identify your purpose
2. - Navigate the path to identify barriers
3. Strategize to remove the barriers
4. Perform the steps needed to eliminate the barriers
5. Inspect the data to determine your impact
6. Report your accomplishments to stakeholders
7. Empower your team
