Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for our stock market channel, "Wtf happened to the stock market?" We need both a banner and a channel logo. We will provide a picture of us that should be animated. The final design of the logo should communicate professionalism, informative but fun and humorous. The expressions of the two people convey the polarity of the stock market. For some investors it's great, for some it's not. So it would show an animated version of us, the hosts and then there's a logo underneath us highlighting the words WTF happened to the stock market. Maybe in the background there are stock market graphs or numbers or city backdrop to convey the stock market.
And then the banner would be an animation of one person riding a bull and the other wrestling a bear.
We would like to see designs that use the color dark blue predominantly and then black and gold as minor colors
