T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I own a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school called Paradigm Martial Arts. Parents are asking for a tshirt they can wear to competitions and out in public. I am debating between doing individual "Mom" and "Dad" t-shirts, or a generic "Paradigm Parent" or "Jiu-Jitsu Parent" t-shirt, which would help make managing inventory easier. The t-shirts/hoodies will be made using vinyl heat transfers, so we do not need to worry about the number of colours or gradients. However, it can be no bigger than 14"x14" (so no full front designs). I have attached some t-shirts for reference.

I really like the simple design of the file titled: "Jiu-Jitsu Dad tshirt". I also like the icon associated with it, with the two children engaged in a grappling match. I would love to see something like this created for us and used on the front of the T-shirt, I am also looking for a different tagline that would go in the "custom text here" part of the design from that file. Something to replace "Like a normal dad but cooler". Some ideas that have come to mind include: "Raising future champions" or "From Carpool to Guard-Pull" or "Encouraging Submissions & Successes". Something along those lines but not mandatory to use these. Just some direction.

On the back of the shirt I would like something similar to the file titled: "BJJ Mom tshirt", just without the stickmen and hashtag. Rather than saying "This Mom Supports Chokes, Armbars, Submissions." it should be "Takedowns, Sweeps, Submissions".

I have also included our school logo and team logo (the latter of which apparently needs some colour correction with the blacks). The Paradigm Logo should be subtly included in the design but does not need to be a focal point. You also have the liberty to use just the icon without the text "Paradigm Martial Arts Academy" if it fits better with the design. If there is room for the Renzo logo and it fits with the design feel free to use it, but it is not required.

Also take liberty to come up with your very own design. I am open to anything fun and creative, and the winning designs may not specifically conform to what I asked for. Google search "BJJ Mom Tshirt" or "BJJ Dad Tshirt" to get a sense of what else is out there.
