Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a design for a multipage brochure which will be used to promote one of our products, called SpanTrak, which is FRP grating. We are specifically promoting its use for boardwalk decking with this brochure.
We require the brochure to be in US Letter size in pdf format that will be emailed to prospective clints and made available for download from our web site. This brochure will not be made into print
The brochure must look professional. We would prefer to use Helvetica Neue (light, regular, bold) font family for body text and Outfit (Light, regular, semibold) for the headings and the color scheme to use the colors as in doc. attached
Please use the copy and photos provided in the .zip file. (or extract them from the word doc). You can mix up the photos throughout the brochure where you best see fit. If you feel a photo isn't necessary or applicable, you can leave it out. I've added some extra photos if needed to fill out any section better (you could initially repeat photos on the pages and we can swap them out later). We may also decide to add extra text later, depending on the design proposed.
We want the title of the brochure to be “FRP Grating for Boardwalks".
With the cover page, one idea would be to use the outline of our current Archatrak logo for the main image and infill this with image(s) of applications (but don’t use the small image showing a section of grating that is in the Specifications section).
The cover page should display the SpanTrak logo the at top, the brochure title ‘FRP Grating for Boardwalks’, our company name and logo at bottom and the web address www.archatrak.com close to it.
There are essentially four sections
Introduction
List of Benefits
Gallery pages showing examples of specific applications
Technical Data
The ‘Benefits’ section must show design consistency with all of the points mentioned.
Please do not think that adding multiple design elements or excess blocks of color will determine the design selected. Remember the phrase ‘Less is more’. I’ve attached an old Archatrak brochure for reference. Updating this brochure will most likely be posted as a later project.
