Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my business. I have 13 years of experience as a certified recomposition coach and sports nutritionist - I have been running my own business (predominantly online) for the last 1.5 years.
Business name is Amy Thompson Coaching so I want this to be under the logo like the examples uploaded. I'm looking for something that I can switch from either black on white or white on black depending on what platform website, instagram, app icon (see uploaded examples). But mostly it will be used on a black background. I like the "O" logo example and how it's used as the app icon and on instagram... but would prefer mine to be AT not just A. I don't want it to be too curvy, or delicate, but more bold. I want the logo to just be my initials AT in a modern, minimal, edgy style I guess! Thanks
