Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

My business name is South West Windows and Doors. I need someone to create and logo and then create a website to suit. I need the project cost to include both components.

My business removes old windows and doors to residential houses and replaces with new windows and doors. I want the logo to be simple, modern and something that stands out. No more than three colours to be used. 'South West' represents the region in which we operate - the South west of Western Australia.

I want to get the look and layout of the site finalised (and the logo finalised) and then I will provide details for each tab/section of the website once we have the layout finalised.

The website needs to be simple with mainly images rather than text. Our business phone number and email address will be shown at the top of the page also (to be provided at a later date).
I basically want a home page with 5 tabs at the top - ABOUT US, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, GALLERY and REQUEST A QUOTE.

ABOUT US will be a section where I will provide a description of who we are and what our qualifications are (to be provided at a later date)
SERVICES will be a section where we explain the type of work we do (to be provided at a later date).
PRODUCTS will be a tab that redirects clients to here - https://jasonwindows.com.au/our-range/
GALLERY will be a section where I will provide before and after pics of previous works (to be provided at a later date).

REQUEST A QUOTE ***is going to be the most important part of the site***
This will be where clients leave the following details - NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, EMAIL (I will provide a little welcome message at a later date that will go above the section where clients leave their details).
In this section, I also want an interactive page where clients will submit their own height and width measurements of a space where they want a door or window and then attach an image to coincide with those measurements. For example, a client will stand outside of their house and take a photo of their existing window. They will then measure the opening of that window both in height and width. They will then label that window 'Window 1' input the height into the 'HEIGHT' section on the page and then the width into the 'WIDTH' section of the page and then upload the photo to suit that opening. This section will just be multiple boxes with a height line and a width line then an 'UPLOAD IMAGE' section. I have attached a rough layout that you can use for an idea of layout only - I don't want this copied! Start the layout with this and then I will direct from there.
Once a client then enters their details and all the info, this information will then be sent to our email as a quote request.

The website needs to be able to work on desktop, tablet or phone.
