Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are starting a sub brand under the brand of Carbon Yachts. The new brand is Tenders & Toys By Carbon Yachts

The exsiting carbon yachts logo will remain but what needs work is the the Tenders & Toys elements.

Please see attached the desired variation of the existing logo and a small mock-up of what we are looking for.

For reference in regards to the theme, the brands being represented in this sub-brand are:
ASTenders (carbon fibre dinghy tenders)
Awake (electric surfboards & efoils)
Audi Aerfoil (efoils)
Avator (electric outboard engine motors)
