I wanted to let you all know that I have reached out directly to the designers who are currently in our top 3. If you have not gotten this message from me, you are not in our top 3 at this moment.

That said, this is a very tight competition. Y'all are very talented and creative. I appreciate all the work you have put in so far!

I have done my best to mark the designs we will not be using as "Eliminated". If your design has not been eliminated, that means there is some element we like and/or are discussing. That said, there are still 72 designs currently under consideration, and I've been receiving an average of 10 new revisions per day. The competition is very fierce!

I recognize there has been a lot of churn in our feedback lately. We have 3 business owners who are very busy, and we are on the Pacific Time Zone, which creates some delays when messaging y'all in Europse. And it turns out there were some miscommunications between our owners on design preferences. The owners will be meeting on Sunday to discuss our preferences deeply and provide you with an updated Project Brief. Hopefully this and the extended deadline will help y'all have better clarity on our vision and improve your odds of success.

I have updated the project brief with feedback from our founders. I will meet with them one more time this week to discuss the current submissions and provide feedback to you all.

In the meantime, I will do my best to triage incoming designs and provide feedback based on my current information. Please expect delays in communication as we are on Pacific Standard Time.
